This hotel project is designed to enhance the Warroad business community, highlight the city’s geographic location on Lake of the Woods, area natural resources and outdoor recreation, attract new hockey tournaments and work to improve the quality of life in Warroad and ultimately, the growth and sustainability of Warroad and regional economies.
The custom hotel will include an enlarged pool area, kiddie pool including play structures, fitness center, two story pool roof top patio, open ceiling lobby, large breakfast area, lobby bar, hockey room, state of the art audio visual conferencing systems among other unique guest amenities all part of the thoughtful design.
The project is well positioned to attract additional business meetings, sporting events and grow area tourism visits that would normally not stay in the region.
This 67 room facility has a planned opening date of Fall 2020.
